Event Details

This course will present an end-to-end view of project management and the fundamental practices that every project manager should know. It will introduce the use of key tools and ways of working – in project governance, startup,  planning, risk management, metrics, decision-making, problem solving – and communication. Also, key elements of leading teams and managing in a ‘matrix’ of cross-function working.
